Posts and pages are the usual answer. Product, documentation or any custom type your site registers shows up in the same list.
Published only
Drafts, private posts and password-protected posts stay where they are. What the assistant knows is what a visitor could already read.
Current within half a minute
Editing a post updates its document, deleting a post removes it. A large site runs its first sync in resumable batches rather than timing out.

Download the plugin
From Integrations in your workspace. It is available on the Pro and Business plans.

Upload and activate it
Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, pick the zip. A WelcomeAI entry appears in the admin menu.

Paste an API key
Create one with the ingest:write scope. The plugin validates the key and your user ID before anything else unlocks, so a wrong value fails immediately.

Pick the post types and sync
Choose the knowledge base and the types to send, then run the bulk sync. Everything after that is automatic.
Questions people ask
Does it slow the site down?
No. The sync runs from the WordPress admin against our API, and the chat widget loads as one asynchronous script that does not block rendering.
Do I need to edit my theme?
No. The plugin can inject the widget for you, and if you would rather place it yourself the script tag is one line.
What happens to a post I unpublish?
It is removed from the knowledge base, so the assistant stops answering from it.
